The Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation was incorporated in 1990 as the fundraising arm of the Vera Perlin Society.

The foundation's mandate is to raise funds necessary to meet the financial needs of the Vera Perlin Society.

Since its inception, the foundation has conducted many fundraising events and through the support of volunteers, the public and the business community it has been successful in meeting its annual needs.
